- Quicken 7 is Great!

- If you need to keep track of your finances and reconcile your accounts, get reports
for tax purposes and whatever, you'll like Quicken. Installation is a breeze. Follow
the easy directions and you can't go wrong. I like 7 better than I did Deluxe 6 actually
because it opens faster and gets to the meat of things quicker.
- Category lists are accessible in the menu bar and choice windows can be left
open for future use. One click will bring to the fore any navigation task. The following
activities can be accessed in Quicken 7: Bank Account and Credit Card Tracking, Reports
and Graphs, Budgeting and Loan Tracking, Investment Tracking, Tax Planning, Online
Banking and Bill Payment.
- In the check register, it warns if you have typed in a duplicate check number.
You don't even have to type that in, however...hit the + sign and Quicken automatically
records the next check number. The printable reports (of how much you spent for one
category or took in for that matter) fits to one page with a click if you want. The
reports can be customized with your own titles etc.
- I have used Quicken from Version 4 or 5, I can't remember which, but I consider
it a necessity of life.
