AWARD PROCESS RULES 1 User Group must have been active during 1998 2 All entries must provide TWO copies of the Newsletter or Magazine entered 3 Enter as often as you like 4 Each entry must be submitted separately. 5 Each entry must be accompanied by TWO (2) entry forms: __ One PRINTED FORM, clipped to a printed sample of the entry __ One Electronic form submitted online or via email 6 Submissions MUST arrive on or BEFORE December 11, 1998. 7 Entry materials will not be returned. 8 All entries selected for showing will be contacted via email. 9 All Judges and ballet decisions are final. 10 Judges reserve the right to designate categories if necessary. .
