CreativePage 3.2 is for those looking for an easy, reliable web page creation tool and don't want to fork out the huge dollars for Macromedia Dreamweaver or Adobe GoLive. Or, perhaps you used to use Symantec's "Visual Page" or Claris Home Page and you just yearn for simple accurate page creation. Or, maybe you're a seasoned pro and are sick and tired of having to clean up after Dreamweaver and GoLive. You owe it to yourself to at least check out CreativePage.
In a Web Design & Review test last year Dreamweaver and GoLive inserted literally hundreds of characters of unnecessary code for a single, simple rollover. This hefty embedded code, and its required external 'generated items' tend to bloat the page and slow the browser load, where pure, clean and compliant XHTML requires very brief tagging and pages load quickly. Alternately you could hand-code your pure XHTML using a text editor like BareBone's awesome BBEdit. But few casual or amateur users are trained for such coding.
PineHill Products seems to have filled that major gap between hand coding and the behemoth programs with the release of CreativePage 3.2. And it works beautifully on Mac OS X.
CreativePage 3.2 is a feature-full and powerful (X)HTML editor. Whether you are a seasoned professional at writing web pages or just starting out, CreativePage has the tools to help you streamline the process. For example, to quickly add an image, simply select the Insert Image assistant and let it worry about all of the (W3C compliant) code for you!
Key New Changes to CreativePage 3.2
CreativePage 3.2 can run on Mac OS X 10.1 and above, including Mac OS X 10.3 Panther. But best of all it costs only $29.95. So if you really don't like it, toss it out.
