Sharing files between Macs and PCs

... hasn't been easy until now

If you've ever needed to share files and folders (such as documents, MP3s, family movies and photo collections) across a network between PCs and Macs -- and not had much success -- you'll know how valuable a solution would be.

PC-Mac-Net FileShare v3.2, is a product which allows users to share files easily and securely between all varieties of Windows and Macintosh computers over a Local Area Network (LAN) or over the Internet.

New features in this version include the display of detailed connection information when sharing over the Internet, enhanced and streamlined operation of Internet file sharing, support for file names with Western European characters, support for non-English Unicode characters (such as Japanese), improved file renaming in transfers from MacOS Classic to Windows, and some bug fixes.

The free Lite Edition has a 10mb file size limit, and supports workgroups with up to 3 users. The Standard and Professional Editions have no file size limits and can join large workgroups. The Professional Edition can also encrypt file and folder data to keep it secure during LAN and Internet transfers - this is especially useful for wireless and virtual private networks.
