Child Safe Surfing with KidsBrowser
Surf safe, be safe, surf with confidence!
KidsBrowser could be the ultimate solution for so many parents who have anxieties about letting their children browse the internet unattended. Yes, there are real evils out there, and there are web sites that any sensible parent would not want their children to see. But what's a parent to do? Hand-hold the child until legal age? Bar the child from the internet?
With KidsBrowser installed your children can surf the Web without the risks of being exposed to harmful or pornographic websites. It allows parents or educators the flexibility to customize the websites list. The program will not permit anyone to bother your child while on the Internet -- like swiping your cookies and those rude pop-up ads. You don't have to watch the child's every move or worry about potentially vulgar or distasteful pop-ups or messages.
Once installed, KidsBrowser becomes the entire computer screen -- your child's domain. With the most intuitive graphics and design, KidsBrowser takes your child (no matter his or her age) and guides him or her through graphics designed for children.
KidsBrowser works with the powerful and fast Apple Safari HTML engine also named webcore. So, a lot of web sites are compatibles with Kidsbrowser. Child can surf on any web site that use HTML, XML, Flash, Shockwave or QuickTime technologies. It's very fast and compliant to all standards.

Additionally, the 'manager' can set a number of system-wide security zones to fully manage the users ability to access files like preferences or keyboard functions, ForceQuit, Apple menu functions -- including some or ALL menu bar functions. It can even hide the Mac OS X finder, forcing KidsBrowser to stay in the front, thus protecting other files on the computer.
