TransMedia expanded its Glide Effortless social network last week, by adding a calendar, word processing, and the ability to synchronize files between two computers and a cell phone.
Despite the new calendar and word processing applications, TransMedia Chairman and CEO Donald Leka sees the major advance with his company's network to be the automated PC-to-PC-to-cell-phone synchronization.

Apparently analysts are predicting that the new iPod nanos and video iPods will be delayed. The issue on the nanos is a switch in RAM providers, while with the video boxes, they need extend the battery life.
