PC-Mac PasswordVault
Adds Drag-And-Drop And Timed-Paste Modes
Lava Software is now shipping PC-Mac PasswordVault v4.3, a simple and practical password manager for Windows, MacOS and Linux.

This version offers new methods to transfer username and password information to a web browser (or other application), including 'Drag-And-Drop' and 'Timed-Paste'.
In 'Drag-And-Drop' mode, username or password text can be dragged directly from PC-Mac PasswordVault into the web browser textbox. In 'Timed-Paste' mode, username or password text is pasted automatically after the set delay time. This new version also contains a number of minor enhancements and bug fixes.
Features in PC-Mac PasswordVault include
- very strong 896-bit encryption,
- a unique Master Password Recovery System (MPRS),
- random password generator,
- auto-lock timer (with clipboard clear),
- powerful import and export functions,
- masked passwords,
- user defined service categories, and
- enhanced support for use in large organizations (The University of Illinois has purchased site licenses of PC-Mac PasswordVault for their campuses at Urbana-Champaign, Chicago and Springfield).
The free Lite Edition of PC-Mac PasswordVault v4.3 is available for immediate download and supports up to 15 services, whilst the Standard Edition supports any number of services.
