PhotoShow for Mac...
makes your Mac a true photo album
Blue Line Studios has launched an update of their application PhotoShow.
A new export feature has been added: It is now possible to deploy slideshows as linked HTML files for web publish, a further step tocross-platform capability.
What does PhotoShow do?
PhotoShow lets you arrange and display your digital pictures in a slide show, making your Mac a true digital photo album.
Save time and moneyPresent your pictures on-screen as an alternative of getting expensive prints made, then glueing them into albums which later only collect dust on the book shelf...
Features of the on-screen photo album
The interface couldn't possibly be any simpler: There is a list window to load your pictures into and where you can arrange their order.
- Pictures can be scaled and rotated, whereas the original files remain unaffected, just their appearance within PhotoShow changes.
- A master slide on which all slides are based can be created.
- Title slides can be inserted and text typeset.
- You can run the show all by itself with a specified delay for each frame.
- Dozens of transition effects between slides to choose from.
- Naturally, you can save the show in a handy small file that just contains the references to the pictures, or as a self-contained file into which all the images get embedded.
- PhotoShow files with embedded images can be password-protected.
- Shows can be converted to QuickTime movies to make your show cross-platform compatible.
- Shows can be exported to linked HTML files for web publish.
- Image files displayed in the list can be collected by copying or moving them to a different location. Handy, if they are scattered all over...
PhotoShow is a tool to create digital photo albums. Among the manyfeatures and built-in tools are QuickTime exporting, sorting, and thecollecting of pictures.
