Trisection Game with Aqua Style

top-quality shareware game

Trisection Stick Software is a developer of top-quality shareware, freeware and open-source products for Mac OS X. Their slogan is "Anti-Productivity Tools for the Discerning User" -- because they want to make computers fun, friendly, easy and aesthetic. Their software will probably never help you balance your checkbook, do your taxes, schedule meetings, or write the Great American Novel. But it will brighten your day! Our favorite part about Stick is that they don't release software with any known bugs Ñ they ship their apps when they are ready to ship, not when they arrive at a management-chosen production date. And, they listen to your feedback, and respond. They develop software for the Mac first.

Stick has launched version 1.2 of their popular game Trisection. This version adds localizations for French and Dutch. No bugs were fixed, because no bugs were reported!

Trisection is a puzzle game for Mac OS X. Trisection follows in the grand tradition of Tetris, involving fitting falling pieces into an existing matrix. But in Trisection, you're matching up colors, not just completing rows. And unlike the square blocks of Tetris, Trisection uses a triangular grid and pieces, making it a much more interesting puzzle. It's a very different challenge, and with more than a dozen levels, lots of different Aqua-style rendered pieces, great sound effects, not one but two soundtracks, and beautiful background photos, we think it's a winner.
