Audio Studio for Mac

it's easy with WireTap Studio

With WireTap Studio, you no longer have to wrangle music files or online recorded music through several applications to end up with your favorite MP3 files. There are lots of features and functions in WireTap, but the part you'll like best is just recording. And, here's how to have a great time...

Boot up Pandora.com where you can 'invent' your own radio station. Plug in your favorite artist, or genre of music and Pandora begins playing tune after tune from that artist or similar artist based on the actual music profile. Click on WireTap Studio, and then walk away. When you return, you'll have a full sound file of downloaded music. Now, just look at the sound wave and place markers between songs. Click export and voila, lots of great tunes.

Ambrosia Software has now rolled out the latest update of WireTap Studio 1.0.4. This updated version, which is free to all registered users of WireTap Studio 1.0.x, provides enhanced Leopard 10.5 compatibility, along with other fixes and enhancements.

WireTap Studio 1.0.4 features the following changes/enhancements:
-- NOTE: WireTap Studio 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 were Japanese market releases
-- Supports AMR, 3GP, and 3GPP2 file formats on Leopard
-- m4a files with tags now play correctly in QuickTime Player -- Numerous other fixes and enhancements

WireTap Studio is a complete audio recording and management solution, allowing you to manipulate and manage your audio like never before. Record the discrete audio output of any application, as well as all system audio, or even record audio input from any microphone, line-in, or audio input hardware.

Once you have recorded audio, WireTap Studio's audio editor allows you to edit in a revolutionary way - completely lossless and fool-proof. Lossless master recording technology enables you to edit your recorded audio without any loss of quality or content. Come back days, months, or even years later and undo the changes you've made.

You can even take a file you mistakenly recorded at a lower quality and increase the quality at any time, without the need to re-record!

Even better, patent-pending LivePreview(tm) technology enables you to preview your audio before you capture it, saving you lots of time and stress. No longer will you need to record multiple bitrates and formats and then compare them. With WireTap Studio, now you can change the bitrate and even the file format, and hear the changes in real time!

WireTap Studio's library lets you manage your clips with ease. The familiar and user-friendly environment includes support for audio clip sorting, searching, and even creating groups. When you're ready, take your clips and export them anywhere you like with a simple drag and drop. Want to send your favorite audio clip to your Bluetooth file sharing enabled cellphone as a ringtone? You got it! How about easily copying your clips to your iPod? Roger that.

WireTap Studio is a revolution in audio recording and management technology, redefining the workflow of capturing, editing, and managing all of your audio.
