Zonic in Shareware News...
But Too Late for Valentine's
Zonic had several announcements last week -- too bad it was too late to use their latest theme package to add a little romance to your images! The Valentine Edition is a themed release of Chameleon, including 25 new borders just in time for Valentine's Day. Chameleon is Zonic's innovative application for transforming digital photographs into works of art. But Zonic is an active developer in Mac arena and you'll always find interesting things at their headquarters...
Chameleon: Photos to Art
Zonic has developed one of the truly innovative applications for transforming digital photographs into works of art -- Chameleon.
Starting from a single photograph, Chameleon can generate a wide variety of images in a range of artistic styles such as Oil Painting or Chalk Drawing.
Chameleon 1.5 includes 17 amazing image effects, and over 30 new borders to give your image the finishing touch. Images can be moved or zoomed to the perfect position, and the strength of each effect adjusted to suit your image. With a single click, Chameleon allows everyone to quickly and easily achieve effects that previously required complex applications costing hundreds of dollars.

Zonic releases BugReporter 1.0
BugReporter is a developer tool for improving customer feedback in the event of a crash. BugReporter captures Mac OS X "Crash Logs", allowing them to be sent directly to the appropriate developer. Normally seen only by Apple, these logs allow developers to identify the location and cause of any crash in their applications. BugReporter can be used from either Carbon or Cocoa applications, and supports both Xcode and CodeWarrior development environments. Reports can be delivered by email or online, allowing them to be fed directly into a bug-tracking database.
